I came to Idaho Falls for a work trip and was a little concerned that I wouldn't find a good place to eat with Vegan food. I was wrong. In the week I was here, I visited this restaurant 3 times. The food is great, staff friendly, and the music was always good.

Coconut korma is outstanding! The ambience of the restaurant is lovely, it is very clean, and the server was very helpful and respectful.

THE BEST Indian spot in east Idaho! It's our go-to for date night. The food is always incredibly flavorful. We have tried numerous entries and everything is delicious. We recommend Himalayan Flavor to all our friends.

We were traveling through Idaho and decided to give it a try. Our waiter was Seenoy and he was very nice and took great care of us. The food is delicious and authentic. The building is beautiful. Definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Our visit to Himalayan Flavor was great! We came in spontaneously while walking around downtown. The restaurant was very clean, even with the busy crowd it had on a Saturday night. We were seated quickly, in a great window seat so we could look at the Christmas lights and crowds of people walking around. There were a lot of servers on the floor, so we had drinks and whatever else we needed very quickly. Our server apologized that it was very busy and might take a while to get our food, but our appetizer came out about 3 minutes later and our entrees came out another 5 minutes after that. We got samosas as an appetizer, they were delicious and came with great dipping sauces. For our main dishes, I ordered the Aloo Mutter and my wife ordered the Vegetable Korma. Both were delicious! The different flavors and spices were very distinct, and it was the right level of spicy, too. We were very happy we chose to walk in for dinner and we'll definitely be back.

Excellent food & ambiance. Friendly & helpful staff. our server AJ was very attentive & gracious. The jalfrezi & garlic naan is so good!

A surprising best: Chicken nuggets. Had a little Indian flavoring to it and was so amazingly crispy. My brother rated it top 3 chicken nuggets of all time and little cousin said it's his #1. We ordered it like 3 more times after eating the first time. They are made fresh! Family also loved the chicken biryani! Staff was friendly and space was clean and well maintained. Nice ambiance!

Relatively new place in downtown Idaho Falls. Didn't open until 5 PM and we were one of the first ones there. However, within about 20 minutes, the entire restaurant was full. They also had a live band that performed while we were there. Service was good and the food was excellent. I was quite surprised with the quality of our meals in Idaho Falls. The only downside, is the food is not as hot or spicy as I would prefer. Definitely for different tastes. I asked for the hot and they asked several times if I was sure. What I received would be considered medium in AZ.

Our first time trying Himalayan Flavor tonight! The interior is beautifully decorated and clean, along with giant windows and pretty string lights. The food was yummy. The tikka masala tasted a little too strong of black pepper, but other than that everything was great. Our order was served within 15 minutes and was accurate. Perry was our server and he was sure to welcome us and give us a brief rundown of the menu. We ordered both our curries at a 6 spicy level and it was a good level of spice without being overpowering. While we were there they must've been playing different music in the kitchen and in the restaurant itself, which caused the different songs to noticeably overlap. It helped make our experience interesting haha. If you like tandoori I'd give this place a go!
